1. The website

Tax Calculator 360 provides free online calculators that estimate Pakistan income tax, PTA mobile phone duties and US federal income tax, together with related information and links to official sources. No account is needed.

2. Using the calculators

  • Results are estimates based only on the figures and options you enter and on the tax rules the website has implemented for the selected year.
  • They are provided for information and education. They are not tax, accounting, financial or legal advice, and they are not an official assessment by the FBR, Pakistan Customs, PTA or the IRS.
  • You are responsible for checking any figure before you rely on it for a filing, payment or financial decision. Please read the Disclaimer.

3. Accuracy limitations

We check rates against official publications and test the calculations, but tax law, rates, deductions, credits, exemptions and procedures change, and individual circumstances vary. Features that are not calculated are listed on each calculator page. We do not guarantee that any estimate is complete, current or correct for your situation, and we may correct errors at any time without notice.

4. No professional relationship

Using the calculators, or contacting us through the form or WhatsApp, does not create a client, adviser or fiduciary relationship. Any tax filing or advisory service is provided only under a separate agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
  • disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its contact system;
  • send false contact details, spam or automated submissions through the contact form;
  • copy the website or its content in bulk, or present it as your own or as an official government tool;
  • interfere with advertisements or generate artificial ad impressions or clicks.

6. Intellectual property

The website's design, text, code, logo and the Tax Calculator 360 name belong to Tax Calculator 360 or its licensors. Tax laws and official publications we cite belong to their respective authorities. You may use the calculators and share links to the website and your own results for personal or internal purposes.

7. Third-party links and services

The website links to third-party sites (such as the FBR, the IRS and WhatsApp) and may display ads served by Google. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows when. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms do not affect rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and cannot be waived.
